Terms of Service

By submitting the Free Bank waitlist form at joinfree.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not submit the form.

These terms govern your participation in the Free Bank pre-launch waitlist and referral program. They do not constitute a banking agreement, account agreement, or any financial services contract. Any future banking relationship will be governed by separate agreements at the time of account opening.

The Free Bank waitlist is a free, no-obligation pre-registration list. Joining the waitlist:

• ✦Does not cost anything and does not require payment information.
• ✦Does not guarantee that Free Bank will launch, that a banking product will be made available, or that you will be offered an account.
• ✦Does not create a binding contract for banking services.
• ✦Does not guarantee that your waitlist position will result in early access, though we intend to honor positions in order to the extent practicable.

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to launch Free Bank and to notify waitlist members of their status. We reserve the right to modify, delay, or discontinue the product at any time without liability.

Free Financial Inc. is not a bank. It is not a federally or state-chartered financial institution. It is not currently registered or licensed to accept deposits, extend credit, or provide banking services in any jurisdiction.

When Free Bank launches, banking services will be provided through a sponsor bank partner that is a Member FDIC. FDIC deposit insurance protection (up to $250,000 per depositor) will apply to funds held at the sponsor bank, subject to applicable rules. The sponsor bank relationship is subject to approval and may change.

By joining the waitlist, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Free Bank Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

In summary, we collect your name, email, platform, and referral information to operate the waitlist, send product updates, and manage the referral program. We do not sell your data. You can request deletion at any time at privacy@joinfree.com.

By submitting the form, you consent to receive transactional and informational emails from Free Bank related to the waitlist and product launch. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

Free Bank offers a referral program to encourage members to invite others to the waitlist. By participating in the referral program, you agree to the following:

• ✦Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit waitlist signups or generate referrals.
• ✦Misrepresent your identity or provide false information in the signup form.
• ✦Use the Free Bank name, logo, or branding in any misleading way when promoting your referral link.
• ✦Engage in any conduct that could damage Free Bank's reputation, systems, or relationships.

Violation of these terms may result in removal from the waitlist and forfeiture of any referral credits or tier status.

THE HAVEN WEBSITE AND WAITLIST ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HAVEN MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAVEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WAITLIST OR WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Nothing on this website constitutes a promise, guarantee, or representation that Free Bank will launch, that accounts will be made available, or that any described features will be delivered.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Free Bank waitlist shall be resolved in the courts of [State].
